The Santa
Fe Southern Railway yard occupies a dusty piece of land close to the
oldest part of the city. "Yard" might be a generous description of
the handful of tracks splitting from the mainline. The dustiest part
of the yard holds passenger coaches in various states of cannibalization.
Most of the coaches are covered in graffiti and some rest on stacks of
old ties and lumber. |
